So I put together this video showing a handful of great options to hammer your lateral/outer glute muscles with no equipment needs whatsoever. Do each move for 10-20 reps or for as many as you can before you start speaking a foreign language. And don’t overlook these booty-building moves because they will help you keep your knees out when you squat, land from a jump, or are give birth (joking).
